Terms of Service
Jiggy Lab · operated by Double Yang International Trading Sdn. Bhd. (202501010461 (1611875-U))
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms cover the use of Jiggy Lab's court-booking software, operated by Double Yang International Trading Sdn. Bhd. (202501010461 (1611875-U)). Two kinds of people use it: sports centres that subscribe to it, and the centres' customers, who book courts through it. The first part is for customers, the second for centres, and the rest applies to everybody.
If you book a court
- Your booking is with the centre. The centre sets its prices, opening hours, cancellation rules and refunds. We provide the software the centre uses to take the booking.
- Replies on WhatsApp are automated. The centre's WhatsApp number tells you which courts are free and holds one for you while you pay. A court is yours only when you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. If you do not pay by the time you are given, the hold ends and the court is released to others.
- You pay the centre, not us. You pay by transfer or QR to the centre's own account, at the counter, from your balance with the centre, or through the centre's payment provider. We do not receive or hold your money.
- Payment screenshots are checked by the centre's staff. Sending a screenshot of a payment that was not made, or that was altered, is fraud, and the centre may refuse to serve you.
- Balance and refunds. A balance is credit with that centre and can be used only at that centre. A booking cancelled early enough — the centre sets how many hours before the session — is refunded to your balance. Cancelled later than that, it is not refunded unless the centre agrees. Questions about money are for the centre.
- A person, when you need one. Reply STAFF in the chat, or ask for one, and the centre's staff are told.
- Please do not send spam or abuse, book in somebody else's name without their permission, or try to interfere with the service.
If you run a centre
- Subscription. You may use the service while your subscription is active, for the fees agreed with us in writing. We do not take a commission on your bookings.
- Your data is yours. Your customer list, bookings and records belong to your centre. We hold and process them on your behalf, as the Privacy Policy describes, and no other centre can see them. You are responsible for having the right to message your customers and for following WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
- Your settings. The service quotes the prices, hours, cancellation rules and payment details you set. You are responsible for keeping them correct.
- Your staff. Keep passwords private. Owners decide who has access, and you are responsible for what is done with your centre's accounts.
- When a subscription ends, access stops but your data is kept, and it is all there again when the subscription is renewed. Ask us if you want it deleted instead.
- Court lights. Where switches are fitted, lights follow the bookings. The switches on the wall keep working. A power cut, an internet outage or a fault in the hardware can stop a command from arriving, and the Lights screen shows when one did not.
The service
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted: it depends on WhatsApp, the internet, payment providers and power, which are outside our control. While the WhatsApp replies are unavailable, a centre can still take bookings at its counter.
Automated replies can be wrong. The booking confirmation and the centre's own records are what count.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost bookings. Our total liability to a centre is limited to the fees it paid us in the three months before the claim. For customers, the centre is responsible for the booking itself. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Malaysian law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we tell centres about important changes before they take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute about them.
