This policy explains what Jiggy Lab's court-booking software collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is software that sports centres use to take court bookings over WhatsApp and to run their front desk. It is operated by Double Yang International Trading Sdn. Bhd. (202501010461 (1611875-U)).

Whose data, and who decides

Each sports centre using it decides how its own customers' data is used. We hold and process that data on the centre's behalf, to run the bookings it asks us to run. One centre can never see another centre's customers.

What we collect

• If you message a centre on WhatsApp: your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and the messages you exchange with that centre.
• If you book a court: the booking itself, what it cost, how it was paid, and any payment screenshot you send.
• If you are a member of a centre: your balance and its history, and the email address and password you chose. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never readably.
• If you work at a centre: your name, email address, role and when you signed in.
• If a centre connects its WhatsApp account: Meta gives us a token that lets us send and receive that account's messages. It is kept on our servers and never shown in a browser.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, hold and confirm bookings, take payment, keep your balance, switch court lights on and off for a booking, and let the centre's staff see and manage all of this. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Meta (WhatsApp) carries the messages between you and the centre.
• The payment provider a centre uses processes card and online payments. We never see or store your card number.
• Smart-switch providers receive only on and off commands for a court, never anything about you.

How long we keep it

We keep bookings, payments and balances for as long as the centre needs them to run its business and its accounts. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time; see Data Deletion.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see the personal data held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact support@jiggylab.com. We may ask you to confirm the phone number involved before we act, so that nobody else can make the request for you.
