You can ask Double Yang International Trading Sdn. Bhd. (202501010461 (1611875-U)) to delete the personal data Jiggy Lab's court-booking software holds about you.

How to ask

1. Email support@jiggylab.com with the subject Delete my data.
2. Say which sports centre you used, and the phone number you messaged or booked with.
3. We will confirm the request with that phone number before deleting anything, so that nobody else can delete your data for you.

What is deleted

Your messages with the centre, your profile name, your phone number and, if you were a member, your account and password. Bookings and payments are kept with your personal details removed where the centre must keep a record of the money for its accounts.

How long it takes

We act on a confirmed request within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

If you connected a centre's WhatsApp account

A centre owner can remove our access at any time in Facebook's Business Settings, under Business integrations or Integrations. Once removed, we can no longer send or receive that account's messages. To have the stored connection deleted as well, email support@jiggylab.com.
